Pursuant to Delaware's Freedom of Information Act, I hereby request the following records:
1)The current Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) between the Defense Logistics Agency and the State of Delaware regarding the 1033 program signed by the current 1033 Program State Coordinator of Delaware,A.J. Schall, Director of the Delaware Emergency Management Agency.
According to the DLA FAQ page regarding the 1033 program, DEMA is the agency in charge of coordinating the 1033 program for Delaware. See http://www.dla.mil/DispositionServices/Offers/Reutilization/LawEnforcement/StateCoordList.aspx
2)The current Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) approved State Plan of Operation(SPO) between Dewey Beach Police Department and the State of Delaware signed by the Chief Executive Officer of the Dewey Beach Police Department, Sam Mackert .
According to a previous Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) between the Defense Logisitics Agency and the State of Delaware dated Oct 1, 2013, “The State shall enter into written agreement with each LEA, via the DLA Disposition Services approved State Plan of Operation (SPO), to ensure the LEA fully acknowledges the terms, conditions, and limitations applicable to property transferred pursuant to this agreement The State Plan of Operation (SPO) must be signed by the Chief Law Executive Officer, or signed designee, of the respective LEA and the current State Coordinator.”
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
