E: FOIA REQUEST OF 2019.06.17. 4PM: Military Surplus Program Contracts

Relating to Dewey’s Participation in the Military Surplus Program, records since August 1, 2018 sought under FOIA as described here:
  1. Any Dewey agreement since August 1, 2018 entered into, signed, proposed, mailed or emailed by Dewey or any prospective seller or broker to sell any or all of the Military Surplus program equipment. This information should include dates of any Contracts or proposed contracts to sell such equipment, regardless whether they were signed by both or any party.
  1. Copies of emails and other correspondence since August 1, 2018 relating to the potential sale, liquidation or bartering of the Military Surplus equipment now in the possession of the Town of Dewey, or that of the Dewey Beach Police Department. Such emails and correspondence should include, but not be limited to: A) exchanges of information or contract terms between potential seller/brokers as described above in the above request #1, and B) discussion of the sale or liquidation within the town by and between Dewey’s Town manager, Chief of Police, Mayor and town hall staff.
  2. The inventory of LESO equipment received by Dewey and currently in the Town’s possession, prepared by a Town employee or contractor. We request any list or work product prepared by the recipient of the equipment, including but not limited to: Coastal Towing of Lewes, DE, the Town of Dewey Beach and/or the Dewey Beach Police Department. If there is no such list assembled by Dewey please indicate so.
    Clarification: This request is distinct from the set of data or list provided by LESO headquarters in Michigan of what was shipped/picked up by Dewey employees.The list authored by LESO headquarters of what was picked up from by Dewey is not responsive to this request, unless Dewey has indicated by means of an inventory or log, received the equipment.
  3. The location, including street address, of each of the approximate 13 large scale Military vehicles identified by TGM as being among the Dewey inventory received, for the six months PRIOR to each piece of equipment being brought to the Lewes DE field leased by the Town.
